Your missions:
- To develop the existing portfolio
- To prospect and sign mandates
- To answer enquiries and follow up until final transactions
- To develop sales and advertising tools

BILINGUAL ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Accountant (M/F) in replacement of a maternity leave.

Location: Sophia Antipolis
Contract: CDD of 6 months and + if necessary
Salary: According to experience
Starting date: As soon as possible

You will be responsible for:
- Bookkeeping using Cegid (Quadra) software
- Year-end accounts (bilan) preparation in collaboration with the accounting firm
- Managing and monitoring owner accounts for Holiday rentals
- Invoicing and payments
- Assisting with the payroll and employees' holidays
- Monitoring Cash flow
- Various administrative tasks

Required profile:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Bac+2 (2-year degree) minimum, in accounting/finance
- Fluent in English and in French
- Proficient with the Office suite and Cegid (Quadratus) software

HOLIDAY RENTAL CONSULTANTS

We are looking for dynamic candidates to join our expanding Holiday Rental teams in order to develop and manage our Villas Portfolio.
Key goals will be to manage and grow the existing portfolio of luxury and family villas for holiday rental in the Region, to Respond to enquiries and confirm bookings, to meet with owners and to achieve and exceed targets. The Rental Consultants will be based in our Valbonne office and required to travel around the area.

Contract: CDD renewable to CDI
Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience

Essential Skills:
- Native English or Fluent
- Experience: Property Rental, Real Estate, yachting or hotel background is a plus
- Familiar with the region and the market, especially the Saint-Tropez area
- Good selling skills and customer-oriented

- Dynamic and self-motivated
- Demonstrate good people's & organisational skills
- Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and good at taking initiative
- Own transportation
