HOLIDAY RENTAL CONSULTANTS

We are looking for dynamic candidates to join our expanding Holiday Rental teams in order to develop and manage our Villas Portfolio. 

Key goals will be to manage and grow the existing portfolio of luxury and family villas for holiday rental in the Region, to Respond to enquiries and confirm bookings, to meet with owners and to achieve and exceed targets. The Rental Consultants will be based in our Valbonne office and required to travel around the area.

Contract: CDD renewable to CDI

Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience

Essential Skills:

- Native English or Fluent

- Experience: Property Rental, Real Estate, yachting or hotel background is a plus

- Familiar with the region and the market, especially the Saint-Tropez area

- Good selling skills and customer-oriented

You should be:

- Dynamic and self-motivated

- Demonstrate good people's & organisational skills

- Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and good at taking initiative

- Own transportation

SALES AGENT

In order to meet our growing activity in real estate transactions, we are looking for real estate agents (M/F) in the following areas:

- Vence, St Paul-de-Vence, La Colle-sur-Loup
- Along the coast: from Cannes to Antibes
- Around Saint Tropez

Your missions:
- To develop the existing portfolio
- To prospect and sign mandates
- To answer enquiries and follow up until final transactions
- To develop sales and advertising tools

Selling a home is a personal and emotional business. So, you not only need to be proactive, you also need to have good interpersonal skills to find the perfect solution for your clients.If you have experience in real estate, are a good listener, are great at building relationships and can work independently, we want to meet you!

The ideal candidate:
- Speaks fluent English and French
- Is attracted to the real estate industry. No experience needed
- Is familiar with the local area
- Is self motivated and able to work independently
- Is eager to develop the agency

Salary: Commission based - possible advance on commission depending on negotiation
